About
-
Hi there! I'm Josh, a passionate product designer with a knack for crafting exceptional user experiences. With 4 years of experience in the industry, I've honed my skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to deliver impactful solutions. Currently, I'm proud to be part of the team at Nando's, where I focus on solving customer-focused challenges to enhance the Eat-in, collect and delivery experiences for web. My approach is rooted in empathy and creativity, always striving to understand users' needs and translate them into intuitive designs. Outside of work, you can find me exploring new restaurants, traveling, or playing hockey.

At Nando's, I follow the UX Double Diamond process to ensure our designs are user-centric and impactful. This involves four key phases: Discover, where I conduct user research and gather insights to understand our customers' needs; Define, where I frame the core challenges and create clear problem statements; Develop, where I brainstorm, prototype, and test innovative solutions; and Deliver, where I refine the designs, collaborate with developers, and validate the final product with continuous user feedback. This structured yet flexible approach allows me to create intuitive and delightful dining experiences for Nando's customers.
